Before you make a reservation, please read the following information carefully. This will help us provide the most suitable service for you.Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

MENU

-Tasting Menu: 3280TWD / per person (including Water Fee)

-PAIRING

-Wine Pairing: 1600TWD (5 Glasses) / per person
-Nonalcoholic Pairing:1200TWD (4 Glasses)/ per person

-Corkage Fee and Cleaning Policy

-Glass Fee: 200TWD / per glass
-Cake Cleaning Fee: 500TWD / per cake

*All price are subject to 10% service charge

Reservation

-The dates for reservation are opened up 30 days continuously at Inline Booking System, which also includes our closed days.
-Reservation must be guaranteed by remitting the deposit.
-A reservation confirmation SMS message or email will be sent after the reservation is made successfully.
-We DO NOT take reservation via phone, e-mail or other social media.
-We need to be informed regarding any food allergies in advance.
-Due to limited space, seat selection is not applicable.
-We reserve the right to cancel or change your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, extreme weather conditions or accidents.
-We cater only to children above the age of 7, children under the age of 7 may not dine with us.
-Vegetarian / Vegan and Gluten-Free menu are not provided.

Dining Policy

-No outside food or drinks allowed.
-No Pets allowed (except guide dog)
-We need to be informed regarding any food allergies in advance.
-Take-out is not provided due to food safety concerns.
-In order to maintain a wonderful dining experience for all the guests, please avoid loud conversations、live streaming, as well as flash photography in the restaurant.
-Due to limited space, seat selection is not applicable.
-We reserve the right to cancel or change your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, extreme weather conditions or accidents.

Cancellation

-Reservation can cancel at least 3 business days prior to the reservation date via booking system.
-Any cancellation received within 3 business days prior to the reservation date and failure to arrive at the restaurant will be treated as a No-Show, which the full amount of 3,608 TWD/Per person will be charged from the credit card information you provide.
-We reserve the right to cancel or change your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, extreme weather conditions, or any unpredictable accidents.
-The cancellation can be made via our booking system, facebook fan page, e-mail or phone before 3 days prior to your dining date.
-Any amendment or cancellation after 3 days prior to your dining date or failing to show up to a reservation, the deposit will be charged for a set price per person.
-HAILI reserves the right to cancel or change the reservation.
