HAILI is inspired by two words, “HAI” and “LI”
HAI：The Japanese word “はい(Hai)”” is often translated as "yes" in English, but its usage is more nuanced. In Japanese culture, saying "hai" is a way of acknowledging the speaker and showing respect. It can indicate agreement, understanding.
LI：The two important people in chef’s life, mom and wife, translate from the mandarin names and the pronounce is “LI”.
